The Builders, a chapter of the AGC has created this policy statement to help users of this website understand how we collect, use and protect information about them. The term “User” in this policy statement refers to visitors of the website. The term “collected information” refers specifically to information collected from the website.

This website requires each User to complete a profile to gain access to certain content. We collect contact information and demographic information (e.g., mailing address, e-mail address) to provide you with relevant information regarding the construction industry and your Builders membership.

Contact information is used to communicate services and other information about The Builders and the Associated General Contractors as well as issues relevant to the construction industry. When necessary, the contact information is also used to get in touch with the User for website administration. User contact information is provided to other Users of this website for purposes of business networking. Your information will not be sold to any other companies or organizations.
