
The Midwest Construction Safety Conference (MCSC) is committed to improving construction safety throughout the region with top-tier education from safety experts across the construction industry. The conference and expo will take place March 4 and 5, 2027, at Stoney Creek Hotel in Independence, Missouri.
The MCSC Advisory Board invites your organization to be part of this event by becoming an exhibitor. Please take a moment to review the exhibitor information below.
EXHIBITOR BOOTH DETAILS
Each vendor booth includes:
- Three (3) meals.
- Networking reception access.
- Two (2) workers per booth.
- Booth space of your choice (on a first-come, first-served basis).
- A booth backdrop, one (1) skirted table and two (2) chairs.
- A personalized ID sign.
- Free Wi-Fi.
- Electricity.
- Company name, logo and contact information listed on the MCSC app.
A layout of the exhibitor booths is below. To secure your booth, click "Register," select your preferred booth tier, select the booth number from the dropdown list and proceed to checkout. Booths are first-come, first-paid. A confirmation email will follow immediately after your payment is processed.

Attendees consent to be photographed and recorded (video or audio) while attending the event, and consent to allow the association to include photographs or recordings of attendees in The Builders promotional and archival materials, without payment of any kind.
