Tasha Pettis Bonds | Tasha Pettis-Bonds is an executive leader with 30 years of experience in traditional banking, nonprofit organizations, and Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs). She has led initiatives across Illinois, Missouri, California, Texas, and Colorado, specializing in retail branch leadership, small business lending, and community and economic development. Tasha has also developed a curriculum supporting small business education, including work with a national university. An author and passionate advocate for entrepreneurship and community growth, she brings practical insight and authentic leadership to every audience. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, golfing, and hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
