
The Construction Supervision Fundamentals (CSF) course is designed for aspiring front line leaders who are looking to learn the entry level management skills to lead construction activities.
This course is the first step in the path to develop construction supervisors. This interactive course allows the building trades and craft workers to experience construction supervision techniques firsthand and create a professional development plan to achieve personal career goals.

Brian Roth | McCownGordon Construction Project Executive
As a Project Executive at McCownGordon Construction, Brian specializes in the K–12 sector, delivering client-, design-, and student-focused solutions across both preconstruction and construction phases. He leads multiple project teams with a strong emphasis on student and staff safety, community engagement, and preserving the integrity of the learning environment, while also leading and educating his teams to ensure they have the best tools and resources they need to complete successful projects.
